ALL EDUCATIONAL GUIDED TOURS or SHOPPING in the gift and South American wine store are BY ADVANCE RESERVATION ONLY! Call, do not text, 920-793-4165 at least 24 hours ahead of time to schedule. If the answering machine picks up, please leave a clear message with your phone number and we will get back to you. This is a working ranch so we are sometimes not able to answer the phone immediately. Walk-ins and drive-ups will not be accommodated and those without an appointment will be directed to promptly leave the property.

We offer 1-2 tours per day. This is a working ranch and we cannot accommodate walk-in or last minute guests. Please note, we are NOT A PETTING ZOO or a playground. Tours focus on EDUCATIONAL content. Parents need to monitor their children at all times. Safety is always our top priority. Parking is permitted in designated areas only.
NO PETS or other animals, weapons, or any kind of smoking/vaping materials permitted on the property at all times. Parking is permitted in designated areas only.
Tours are held rain or shine. Tour rates for 2024 are as follows:

BEHIND THE SCENES guided tour:
​
Approximately 60-75 minutes. This tour is EDUCATIONAL and interactive. You may take all the photos, even selfies, that you desire. Everyone is allowed to get up close and personal with alpacas and feed at least one of them at the conclusion of the tour. You will also learn about fiber and have a chance to practice your fiber sorting skills.
Tour fee is: Under age 2- no charge,
Ages 2-14 - $6 per child, plus tax,
Ages 15 and beyond - $8 per person, plus tax.

The ULTIMATE ALPACA EXPERIENCE! $ 40 per person, minimum of 5 people. This must be reserved at least two weeks in advance and paid in advance by check or cash only. No refunds after booking. Enjoy a privately guided tour and take an alpaca for a 10 minute walk! Then enjoy tasting some delicious South American wines (must be age 21 or older. Otherwise, water or soft drinks will be offered.) Even takes place rain or shine. Approximately 3-4 hours total time.

“PRIVATE" guided tours. This is the same as the one hour "Behind the Scenes" tour, but the group will be just your private party. Flat rate of $50 for 2-4 people. Each additional person is $12. This tour must be reserved at least one week in advance and paid in advance. No refunds given for cancellation or no-shows. You may also add on South American wine tasting for anyone age 21 or older for an additional $11 per person. Minimum of 5 people for wine tasting. Tour is held rain or shine. Approximately 2 hours.

WINE TASTING: You may also add on South American wine tasting to any tour for anyone age 21 or older for an additional $11 per person OR schedule a private wine tasting experience. Minimum of 5 people for wine tasting. Approximately 2 hours when combined with a tour. Must be arranged at least one week in advance and pre-paid. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations.

GROUPS: If there are more than 15 people in your party, inquire at least one week in advance about special pricing. Groups (scouts, special interest, etc. ) and bus groups, please call for special pricing. Group rates must be paid in one check or in cash and only one receipt will be issued. If a credit card is used for a group tour, a 3% surcharge will be added. Tour fee must be paid in one cash or check transaction. Whatever number of people you reserve for your group at least three days ahead of time is what you will be charged.

Parking is in designated areas only. No pets, animals, smoking, vaping, or weapons allowed.
