Call 920-793-4165 in advance to set up an appointment to visit. Tours are offered by advance reservation only. Calling at least 24 hours ahead of time is highly recommended, as tour size is limited. We do not schedule tours via email or Messenger. You must call to schedule a tour. Walk-ins and drive-ups cannot be accommodated.
This is a working ranch, not a petting zoo, and parents must monitor their children at all times.
BEHIND THE SCENES GRAND TOUR
This experience involves interacting/feeding the alpacas, taking selfies with the alpacas, learning many details about these beautiful and friendly animals and the uses of their fiber, understanding the uniqueness of this century owned family ranch, and sorting fiber like the natives from South America. This tour lasts approximately one hour. Only one behind the scenes tour is done per day. The final stop on the tour is the Alpaca Threads Gift and Wine Shop.
$ 6 for 2 to 14 year olds per person, plus tax
$ 8 for 15 year olds and up per person, plus tax

Parking
Visitors with reservations will be directed to designated parking areas. Parking in any other areas may result in towing.
Group Experiences
Organizations, such as Scouts, 4 -H, Retired Groups, (Young at Heart) , Special Needs, Scouts, Associations, Church Groups, Car Clubs, Family Reunions, Bachelorette parties, Graduation, Weddings, Retirement Parties, etc..............
Make a group reservation with a minimum of 15 people at least one week in advance for a tour that takes you behind the scenes of this fully operational ranch. Learn the unique history of this farmstead that dates back to 1888. Enjoy feeding and interacting with alpacas up close and in person. Visit the unique gift store to see see all the soft, warm alpaca products.
Group rates must be paid in one check or in cash and only one receipt will be issued. Credit cards will not be accepted for this transaction.
